At the exact hour that you published this on Saturday I was moping around my apartment, journaling about grief and hopelessness at how little the government here in the US is paying attention to citizens’ wishes. I’ve been saying this to myself and friends, too, for a few months: to engage with the art and culture and film and books of palestine.
The stories I’m sharing from palestine on my social media are becoming increasingly dark (following my own grief), and this is a good reminder to share Palestinian art and perseverance, too.
